Stopping in for a bite, we were grabbed by the ambience. Some slow country song played on a jukebox which was removed years ago. A lone whistle sung out from the valley emptied of trains. We sat in the cold and watched the hops shiver in the fields out back of the hotel. The parmi warmed our souls and filled our stomachs to the very brim. Long live the Imperial Hotel!
- Alan Nowland Added May 19, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★We went for dinner not knowing what to expect but ended up having a great pub experience. Met some locals, played darts and enjoyed an excellent dinner. The Parmi was delicious with fresh veges cooked to perfection. Thanks Kerri for a great night!
- Leigha Mc Added May 08, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have stayed here many times and it’s always been clean and tidy, however on this stay, the shared toilets never got cleaned. There was poo, dirty toilet paper, dirty towels and hair. We stayed 2 nights and may not go back.
The room was clean and tidy and the meals were really good.
There were some really rowdy customers in the pub and they came upstairs and were a bit of a nuisance and kept coming back in via the firescape outdoor stairs. - Joan Hawes Added May 07, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent country pub. Outstanding meals at great prices. Good selection of wines & beers. Very nice outdoor dining area. Highly recommend.
